Introduction

Since early 1980s, Shiuw Hwa Sports Co., Ltd has been a strong fitness equipments supplier, producing for some of the world top fitness brands in the world such as Kettler, Attack, X2Fit, and many others. In the early 2000, Shiuw Hwa Sports Co., Ltd shared its knowledge with Dr. Carl Schultz Richter, a german-known kinesiologist, to construct Richter Fitness products which are not only at the top of the industry technical proficiency, but also ergonomically advanced, being able to meet all kinds of users’ fitness demand.

 

About Co-Founder

Dr. Carl Schultz Richter is a german-known kinesiologist, focusing on applied kinesiology (AK), a practice of using manual muscle-strength testing for medical diagnosis and a subsequent determination of prescribed therapy. Graduating from University of Luxembourg, Dr. Carl Schultz Richter is also an avid marathon runner, participating in numerous world-class marathon event such as 1998 Boston Marathon. While preparing for the big race, he noticed a lack of fitness equipments that are both technically advanced and ergonomically friendly, and eventually partnered up with Shiuw Hwa Sports. Co., Ltd to come up with RICHTER brand.
